“Speed Dating” Teaching Strategy

The speakers were all really engaging and sowed lots of seeds of innovative ideas with us all. The speed-dating session enabled 10 organisations to share how their solutions meet the needs that school leaders face. Sharing the womened community mission and values with this room opened up a really interesting discussion about diversity and equality in dating, learning reflecting on the need for more innovative approaches to the attraction, recruitment, retention and education of staff.
